15 October 2019

Castlerock’s Auslink Property Trust No. 2 has taken out one of the top honours in the Core Property Research annual awards program, being named ‘Unlisted Fund of the Year’.

Announced this week at the 2019 Annual Australian Property Funds Industry Forum in Queenstown, New Zealand, the award recognises exemplary and consistent investment performance.

The Forum is one of the longest running annual events in the Australian property industry and attracts delegates and speakers of the highest calibre to provide an informed and well-considered opinion on the sector.

Castlerock Founder and Managing Director, Hank Bronts, was on-hand to accept the award, which he said was welcome recognition of Castlerock’s unique investment strategy.

“To be acknowledged by Core Property Research in this way is an absolute honour and a true stamp of quality for our Auslink Property Trust No. 2,” said Mr Bronts.

“Industry recognition like this puts the spotlight on our unique investment strategy – a strategy that we’re proud to say has delivered consistent investor returns for more than 15 years now.”

Hank said he and the Castlerock team were incredibly proud of the fund's performance and thanked investors for their loyalty and support.

“Our reputation has been built on our low-risk strategy, which secures our investors’ financial futures while supporting their long-term lifestyle goals,” he said.

“The tremendous support of our loyal investors continues to motivate us – and gives us the mandate – to go from strength to strength.”
