THE CASTLEROCK DIFFERENCE

Our long history in property development make us a valuable one-stop-shop for government clients and our integrated model gives us the ability to extract maximum value from every square metre in order to deliver better returns.

In addition, our tenants benefit from continual optimisation of their assets, which gives us exceptional tenant retention rates – we’ve never had a tenant vacate and our portfolio is 100 per cent leased.

We approach our work with a win-win mindset, delivering exceptional returns, exceeding expectations and delivering far-reaching social and economic benefits to the communities in which we operate.

With the public service the largest occupier of office space in Australia, we are well-placed to continue to be a strong and awarded operator in funds management.

Our Values
Sustainability

We take a long-term view of all our assets, assuring sound futures not only for our investors but also for the communities they serve. Built for purpose, NABERS and Greenhouse accredited - our buildings are energy efficient, economical and sustainable to operate. Proactive management throughout the lease minimises energy and water consumption while maximising profitability.

Buying local

We have successfully delivered projects in all states and territories, ranging from 250m2 facilities in remote aboriginal communities of Maningrida and Yuendumu to a 6,500m2 facility in Perth. We engage local building labour, managers and maintenance staff. Castlerock is deeply invested in communities our buildings serve.

Social responsibility

We are committed to giving back to communities, and on each project we engage Indigenous and local suppliers by priority. We believe that in building wealth for investors, we can also build a better society. Castlerock also designs and builds fully accessible buildings for all users.

Integrity

At Castlerock, integrity means shared benefit. Our funds and assets offer a win-win for investors, government and the communities they serve. We create long-term partnerships and provide a bedrock for community outcomes. This delivers not only stable profit for our investors, but also contributes to a stable economy and prosperous society.
