Location: Victoria | Division: Facilities Management

Join a growing team driving smarter, safer, and more sustainable buildings across Victoria.

As part of an exciting restructure of our Facilities Management Division, Castlerock is seeking a proactive, solutions-focused Facilities Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of a diverse property portfolio. You'll be responsible for ensuring our buildings are safe, compliant, and high-performing — and you'll play a key role in delivering CAPEX projects and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
  • Managing the delivery of minor capital works and lifecycle projects
  • Driving sustainability outcomes across the portfolio
  • Administering OPEX budgets and tracking performance
  • Leading contractor performance and service delivery
  • Ensuring full compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Managing contractor safety and induction processes

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in a Facilities Management role
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance, OHS legislation, and contractor management
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A current valid driver’s licence
