Join a growing team driving smarter, safer, and more sustainable buildings across Victoria.
As part of an exciting restructure of our Facilities Management Division, Castlerock is seeking a proactive, solutions-focused Facilities Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of a diverse property portfolio. You'll be responsible for ensuring our buildings are safe, compliant, and high-performing — and you'll play a key role in delivering CAPEX projects and sustainability initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Managing the delivery of minor capital works and lifecycle projects
- Driving sustainability outcomes across the portfolio
- Administering OPEX budgets and tracking performance
- Leading contractor performance and service delivery
- Ensuring full compliance with building and safety regulations
- Managing contractor safety and induction processes
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience in a Facilities Management role
- Strong knowledge of building compliance, OHS legislation, and contractor management
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
- A hands-on, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A current valid driver’s licence
