Capitalising on an opportunity to develop and acquire quality social infrastructure in prime beyond-CBD locations, the Castlerock Services Australia Fund was launched in 2008. The fund’s objective was to build a strong and stable portfolio of Commonwealth Government-leased assets (occupied by Services Australia), providing investors with a stable, long-term income streams and opportunities for capital growth.
