The Castlerock Government Property Fund is continuing to evolve, with an enhancement to its liquidity arrangements designed to provide existing investors with greater flexibility.
From September 2026, the Fund intends to move from Annual Limited Withdrawal Offers to Quarterly Limited Withdrawal Offers, providing existing investors with more regular opportunities to realise some or all of their investment.
Quarterly Limited Withdrawal Offers are intended to be made at the end of each calendar quarter - 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.
Subject to available liquidity and the Responsible Entity’s discretion, each Quarterly Limited Withdrawal Offer is intended to be for up to 0.75% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value.
The first Quarterly Limited Withdrawal Offer is intended to be made in September 2026, with further information about the offer and how to submit a withdrawal request to be provided closer to the date.
The Fund, its investment strategy and its existing investments remain unchanged.
There are also no changes to the Fund’s existing 5-Yearly Periodic Exit Opportunities, with the next opportunity due in March 2031. When a 5-Yearly Periodic Exit Opportunity is open, a Quarterly Limited Withdrawal Offer will not also be provided.
Existing investors who wish to maintain their current investment do not need to take any action.
The Fund’s Product Disclosure Statement has been updated to reflect, among other matters, the change to its liquidity arrangements. The updated Product Disclosure Statement is available on the Castlerock website.
This enhancement reflects Castlerock’s continued focus on strengthening the Fund’s offering while maintaining its disciplined, long-term investment strategy.
