Where we can improve

Scores relating to alignment with company purpose and employee voice were slightly lower than other areas. While still positive overall, these insights provide helpful direction for leadership as we continue to strengthen communication, collaboration and engagement across teams.
Continuous Improvement
Like any organisation, the survey also provided helpful insights into areas where we can continue to strengthen.
While overall engagement remains strong, results relating to alignment with company purpose (72%) and employee voice (79%) were slightly lower than other categories. These insights provide valuable direction as we continue to strengthen communication around strategy, ensure teams understand how their roles contribute to broader outcomes, and encourage open dialogue across the organisation.
These insights help guide where we focus our efforts to ensure Castlerock continues to build a strong and supportive workplace.
